We Sell So Our Products Get Sold
In the words of Audrey Hepburn “Nothing is impossible; the word itself says “I’m possible!”. We thought this quote would be some awesome morning motivation in a blog about something many of our clients are looking to improve on through our teams amazing efforts, sales!
Many promotions that you work have some type of goal or quota attached to it, so while it may not be a completely sales driven position (think commission) there is still a goal you are trying to achieve! Whether it be getting out 10,000 samples into the hands of the perfect target demographic, or hitting and exceeding a target of 400 surveys being filled out in a bar or nightclub within 4 hours, these types of jobs can help improve your sales ability.
For those who have already acquired the ability to sell, and are confident and comfortable in a sales environment we also have clients who pay bonuses or run contests for brand ambassadors who meet or exceed various sales targets. To be honest, confidence is key! So even if you haven’t perfected the sales side of you quite yet, but want to work on it, we would love to have you on these programs. The incentives applied might just help to push you to that next level.
At the end of the day, brand ambassadors are used to increase many things, including brand awareness, potential future customers, and overall sales. Even if there isn’t a goal set for you specifically, try making a target for yourself to hit, that way you feel that much more satisfaction once you surpass it.
