Sell It Your Way

Do you regularly work LCBO and The Beer Store samplings for wines, beers, and spirits and love what you do? So do we! Unfortunately, there have been changes in LCBO regulations which were introduced by the previous government which will impact how G of G Inc, and companies alike, along with the marketing agencies that organize these samplings, conduct business. These changes will impact how wines, beers and spirits market and promote their products in stores as it relates to LCBO consumer samplings.

Ontario’s breweries, wineries and distilleries will be unable to leverage their trained teams of brand ambassadors (YOU!) for sampling events and will be required to only use LCBO employees. As a part of our team, you know that we train and select brand ambassadors who excel and have a passion for what they do, provide rewards through contests and target incentives, and work together to provide a beautiful and interactive, unforgettable experience for the end consumer, the shopper! These brands/companies are seeing increased marketing costs to access space for samplings in these stores, and in turn will see impacts on incremental sales (which is not an issue when we have our awesome team on hand!).

We have provided a link below to an important effort that is looking for our support! A campaign has been created to inform our government about the impact this will have on Ontario businesses (breweries and wineries, along with marketing groups). This link will allow you to write directly to Minister Fedeli asking him to support Ontario business and provide consumers choice. Taking only 1 minute, it will ask your name, email and postal code, and then automatically attached the well-crafted letter outlining this important issue and the help this group is seeking.

Feel free to share the below link to any of your fellow brand ambassadors:

Thanks in advance for your support!
