They say there’s a first time for everything—and for G of G Inc., our first time at the Event Marketer Summit (EMS) 2025 was unforgettable. Held at the iconic MGM Grand in Las Vegas, this wasn’t just a conference, it was an experience. And in the world of events, let’s be honest, “What happens in Vegas definitely doesn’t stay in Vegas”—we’re sharing everything!


Kicking Off in Style


From the moment doors opened on Monday, April 14, EMS 2025 was buzzing with high-octane energy. The 23rd annual Experiential Marketing Summit welcomed over 1,500 event professionals—from B2B and B2C marketers to agency execs, meeting planners, and tech innovators. It was truly a global gathering of the best and brightest in experiential marketing.

For us, it was amazing to finally meet so many of our clients face-to-face, and exciting to connect with potential new ones. The next three days were a whirlwind of workshops, keynotes, and conversations that had us inspired and energized.


A Big, Bold Future


This year’s theme, “Big Bold Future,” wasn’t just a tagline—it was the tone for the entire event. EMS kicked off with interactive workshops and thought-provoking sessions, setting the stage for what would be a truly immersive experience. The opening reception didn’t disappoint either—packed with product demos, curated bites and beverages, and of course, endless networking opportunities.


The Heartbeat of EMS: The Hall of Ideas


At the center of it all was the Hall of Ideas. Which was a buzzing hub filled with immersive content theaters, live studio sessions, hands-on demos, and even surprise-and-delight moments that kept everyone on their toes. One of our favorite spots? The Paws and Reflect Studio, where attendees could unwind with adorable rescue puppies. Yes, puppies. EMS, you know the way to a marketer’s heart.

The Hall also played host to the EMS Sustainability Challenge, where a stealth sustainability patrol kept their eyes peeled for standout green initiatives throughout the event. It was inspiring to see so many creative approaches to making experiential marketing more eco-conscious.


A Night to Remember: The Ex Awards


Monday night brought the Ex Awards Gala, and let’s just say, Vegas turned up the glam. Inspired by the Rat Pack era, the awards ceremony was a dazzling celebration of creativity and innovation. We were thrilled to have two of our projects nominated in different categories—seeing our work recognized among the best in the industry was a surreal and proud moment for our team.
